Erik Purcell, owner of MPR Endurance and retired pro fighter, has been fighting for over 30 years. In this podcast, Erik explains the difference between MMA Wrestling, JiuJitsu, Boxing, Sambo and other forms of combat training. Erik describes these methods of self defense fighting as more like chess than feats of strength that everyone should learn to be more prepared to protect themselves in certain situations.
